| I guess I knew that I was falling in love with my man after 2-3 weeks of being together. But to actually reach what I would class as genuine, committed love - I don't think that came till at least 6 months, maybe even more. I know exactly what you mean, Aprille, as even that seems like nothing compared to what I feel now. I can't wait to see how much it grows by the time we are married! |

| Well, I'm glad you understand! Most people think 8 months was long, but I don't! _________________ ~Stay at home wife to Timothy ~10/07~ and Mommy to Tirzah ~12/31/08~

| Aww, awesome love story! So, I have a question - what is the significance of the grape juice? I did love the whole "going to prepare a place for you" aspect. _________________ Forum Family *BurntIre* ~ Sister prissyprincess ~ Sister PinkQT ~ Sister songoftherose ~ Aunt (ant) Russ ~ Uncle Jessica ~ Aunt Brittany ~ Mom butterflychicka ~ Sister Sparkling4Him ~ Sister liberatedcaptive ~ Sister |

Uh-huh girlfriend!!! I just can't believe how much it is possible to love someone and feel close/as one with them, and for that to continue growing! It's just insane.
Brittany, I have to agree that difficulties that you have to face together as a couple before getting married, can really help set you up for a great "first year" - we've had so many people say that to us too, and we just think they're crazy, lol. But I do understand that it can be hard the first year, and yeah, we're by no ways perfect, but having my dad hate Ben for a couple of months when we were engaged certainly help sort out some rough patches straight away _________________ Happy mummy!
For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother's womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body.

| As a note off of the grape juice, the whole 'going to prepare a place for you' is Jewish custom as well. Did you know that much of Christ's references to Heaven and His return were based in the Jewish marriage/wedding customs? So a lot of the symbolism and imagery is lost on us today. |

That I did know - I had just never heard of the grape juice thing before. It's very cool though. _________________ Forum Family *BurntIre* ~ Sister prissyprincess ~ Sister PinkQT ~ Sister songoftherose ~ Aunt (ant) Russ ~ Uncle Jessica ~ Aunt Brittany ~ Mom butterflychicka ~ Sister Sparkling4Him ~ Sister liberatedcaptive ~ Sister |
