The pastors sermon at church. He was talking about Jethro giving advice to Moses about how he should solve disputes among the Israelites. The pastor said, "So Moses is probably feeling like 'come on, I'm like THE guy. I turned my rod into a snake, I am totally connected with God, and I parted a sea just by holding my rod up." Then the pastor pretended to be Moses and held his hand up as if he were holding a rod up and said, "Hey, everybody, look at this. Isn't this cool, ok watch this." Then he moved his hand up and down. You know, as if he's making the waters go back together and then apart again. It was hilarious the whole church cracked up.

You guys probably won't be laughing though. It's not funny when you explain it.

It sounds funny. Granted, I'm not actually laughing, but it made me smile.

I laughed today getting some funny texts from a friend...this friend can make me turn red so easily. Not fair.

I got a good laugh at work tonight. I've had a few people I know, including a couple of young ladies about my age come through my line at the register. Tonight one of them was back in the store, and one of my co-workers came over to point that out and to ask who she was...being so bold as to ask if she was an ex-girlfriend.

Hearing Australian slang explained to an American lecturer...

We were talking about swine flu, and David said to avoid it like the plague.

I was in the process of getting outta bed (yes its a process!)... my hubby was pulling me out and Archie was pulling me back by my t-shirt... He wanted breakfast in bed!

The chemicals were too low in the pool so we couldn't open it so I didn't have to sit out on the deck watching people swim. I just had to sign people in so they could use the fitness center and the sauna.

Also, we're getting new uniforms which is hurray because my uniform is always dissapearing. Both of my shirts dissapeared but one of them I found in my little brothers drawer (hello, everyone knows that he does not wear shirts that say LIFEGUARD across the front), my shorts dissapeared and I had to get new ones, and now my swim suit is missing. It's really irritating.

Hmmm. I was playing two-touch football with my friends. And somehow the guy with the ball cut thru 2 people on the other team. These two people run into each other once, and fall over. They then try to get back up, and hit each other. Meanwhile my team scores a touchdown, even though everyone else stopped like 3o yards short to watch the girls crash.

And...speed uno. My friend dropped a card, and bent over to get it. He comes back up, and nails his head on the table. So we laugh. He goes down AGAIN to get something. Is like YES! when he doesnt hit the table going down. Now on the way up...BOOM.
