Question: How do you make a post a stickie or announcement? How do you add smilies?

These features are available only to the Admin and Moderators. If you feel a certain topic should be a stickie or wish to add a smilie, please notify the Admin.

Only the Admin can ADD smilies, as in new smilies for you guys to use. You are free to use all the smilies you want.
