| Yup! We (well, I) did one this year for a 2-4 yo boy _________________ Happy mummy!

Yeah.. I'm gonna do practical stuff too... like t shirts, socks and flipflops and school stuff but I think since most of these girls don't have money to buy cute things and their parents don't have money to buy them things.. ( If they have parents ) I want to help them have girly things and things to make them feel beautiful, |

| I don't think you're supposed to send money. It doesn't say on my list but no one brought money. I'm thinking they may not have anywhere to change money where they live. _________________ Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new - Albert Einstein |

| I've been filling shoeboxes for several years now. I love it! I usually go to a dollar store (everything is a dollar there) because I can fill my boxes fuller and it is cheaper. And for the past couple of years I've been getting the plastic shoeboxes. I always pack soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, washcloth, brush/comb, and socks. Then I just look around the store to find toys and stuff for whatever age I do. I usually add a stuffed animal. For the older kids I pack notepads, pencils (and sharpener!), colored pencils, erasers, and any other school stuff like a solar calculator. The younger kids I'll pack crayons and coloring pages. Then I'll find toys like yo-yo's and slinky's to add in there. It's a lot of fun. _________________ Jennifer "Youth comes but once in a lifetime." Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
